自分に再現出来ないことは無くす Eliminate things that you can't reproduce

システマ藤沢でリードさせて頂くに当たって最初に考えたのは①自分に出来ないことを分かったように伝えない。②参加者に置いてきぼりをつくらない。孤立させない。③参加者個人に課題は残っても不安を残さない。④互いが学ぶ合う姿勢。⑤上手下手なんてどーでもいい。⑥皆が笑顔で帰る。

限られた環境の中でも出来ることは多く、創意工夫ってのは本当に大切だと思います。

The first thing I thought about when I'm "LEAD" at Systema Fujisawa was ①I didn't tell as if I knew I couldn't do it. ② Do not leave behind for participants. Do not isolate. ③ Do not leave anxiety even if there are issues left for individual participants. ④ Attitude to learn from each other. ⑤ It doesn't matter if you are good or bad. ⑥ Everyone returns with a smile. There are many things that can be done even in a limited environment, and I think it is really important to be creative.
