2022年1月7日システマ藤沢始めます！ベーシックワークを、創意工夫を大切にしていきます。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　生活の中でシステマがしっかり活きるように練習に取り組みます。練習が終わってココロ・カラダが朗らかになり、その後の生活がフワッと気持ちよくなるのがシステマ。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　強いとか弱いではなく、困っている人がいたら自然に手を差し出せるのがシステマ。そんなシステマを目指します。小林さんは微笑んでくれると思います。
