November 2021 When launching Systema Fujisawa with Mr. Tsuji, what I wanted to value was "increasing participant satisfaction". This is what I called "increasing customer satisfaction" in my previous job, so I have a sense of conviction. I want to cherish the feeling of being connected to the next after finishing. Participating in various works and seeing people who end up with a moody feeling, it is systema that it can not be helped, but I still doubt the question. I want the people who participate to have fun and learn something, and I will devote myself to that. Do not do self-satisfaction work. I think that Kobayashi of Osaka, who loved Systema and died without stopping, will understand. From the moment I received the "Zero Inch Strike" at Mr. Onishi's seminar in November, I was impatient for 3 weeks and tried and errored against the persimmon tree in the garden. Front and back of the arm? Do you have one? Front and back movement? Slowly fast? Chainsaw? belt conveyor? Instant speed? If I stop here, I have no face for Mr. Kobayashi. “This is it!” I got up thinking about it even when I was sleeping and managed to reach it with a persimmon tree. Onishi-san, what's always systema full of your head? At that moment, I felt that Mr. Kobayashi said, "It is not important to be able to do it, but to convey it and expand it, and to evolve and develop it." Thank you Mr. Kobayashi and Mr. Onishi.
